Global Disability understands the importance of being able to achieve your goals with trusted support and services. Global Disability can provide the individual support you need at home and provide continuity of care with regular staff, cover morning, day, evening and night shifts. We can provide support worker staff during the week, on week-ends and public holidays. We want to focus on ensuring that our services are tailored to suit your needs, and this is by focusing on the aspects of our services to aim to promote a person-centred approach whereby people with a disability are at the centre of design, planning, delivery and review of services.

 

Global Disability can also provide short periods of respite care for a family member allowing you time for yourself and personal needs. Whether it be 24/7 care or to cover part of each day – we can provide a consistent pattern of support staff to meet your needs.

 

As part of our service we can provide staff for Community Access and social activities, In home support for daily tasks and personal activities as well as respite for your family. Global Disability aim to help you live the lifestyle you choose and provide flexible arrangements for support staff. We have staff experienced in disability support and high supports need care that can support you 24/7 at the comfort of your own home or through Supported Independent Living (Shared accommodation).

 

 

Global Disability staff will support you with:

  • Daily living tasks, such as medication assistance, domestic care, meal preparations.
  • Medical or social community support
  • Transport
  • Community access
  • Excursions with one or more overnight stays
  • 24/7 care at home (if required)
  • Companionship

 

Global Disability have Disability Support Workers, Carers and Youth Workers that can support individuals who have:

  • epilepsy,
  • autism,
  • physical disability,
  • brain injury,
  • personal care,
  • have health care needs and other individual support needs.
