Every young person deserves the opportunity to feel safe, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
At Global Disability, we provide personalised Youth Support Services for young people referred through the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), as well as other government agencies and community organisations. Our experienced youth support workers build positive relationships with young people, helping them develop life skills, improve wellbeing and work towards greater independence.
We understand that every young person has a different story. Many have experienced significant challenges, including family breakdown, trauma, disrupted education or involvement with the child protection system. Our approach is centred on building trust, providing consistency and creating opportunities for young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Global Disability works collaboratively with Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) caseworkers, carers, families, schools and community organisations to deliver coordinated, person-centred support for young people.
We understand the importance of consistency, communication and accountability. Our team provides regular updates, works towards agreed goals and maintains strong professional relationships with everyone involved in supporting the young person.
Our focus is on creating safe, stable environments where young people can develop confidence, build resilience and prepare for a positive future.
